Hi, I'm Jorge de la Rosa, I present my brand, where we work as a small team, to create unique designs, pieces with soul and dresses that tell stories.

ATELIER

The beginning of everything

I was born on September 27, 1986, in Toledo.

With an early vocation, awakened by the imprint that, without realizing it, my mother left in me since I was a child. I began to train in plastic arts at the art school in Toledo.

In 2005, I moved to Madrid to study fashion design at the IED, I continued studying clothing at the art school No. 2 in Madrid and numerous trainings in the field of fashion, which led me to work for more than ten years in various fields, such as visual merchandiser, store manager or pattern designer, while I combined it with the beginnings of the brand.

The brand

Born in 2009, making custom dresses. But it was not until 2015, when we launched the first collection, prêt á porter, getting to be in more than 17 multi-brand outlets. At the end of 2018, we decided to take a turn and return to our principles, to the essence of couture and design. We created the first atelier bridal and guest collection. And we placed ourselves with a small atelier, in the center of Madrid and a point of sale, in La Puebla de Montalbán (Toledo).

This project is an unconditional love, it is something so magical that it is what moves me to keep fighting for it every day.

Commitment to Sustainability

We are aware that the textile sector is the second most polluting economic power in the world, after petrochemicals.

For this reason, Jorge de la Rosa wants to do our bit. We have incorporated recycled fabrics, created from plastic pets, organic fabrics and bio dyes, saving approximately 75% of oil. And above all, betting faithfully on slow fashion, as a matrix, to create sustainable fashion, with superior quality standards and exclusive garments.
